Ad Information:

Please submit as a press‑ready PDF with embedded fonts and CMYK color for optimal print fidelity and broad printer compatibility

Ad size — Final trim should be 8.5″ × 11″, with 0.125″ bleed on all sides, so artwork must measure 8.75″ × 11.25″ to avoid unwanted white margins after trimming

Ad Live (safe) area — Keep key content at least 0.25″ inside the trim line (approximately 8″ × 10.5″) to protect against misalignment during trimming

Logo formats — Provide logos in vector formats like EPS, AI, or PDF so they scale cleanly without losing quality—ideal for print reproduction

Resolution & color mode — All artwork should be at least 300 dpi and delivered in CMYK color mode (no RGB or spot colors) to ensure accurate color and sharp detail

**Submit all ads and logos to rgoldman@novanthealth.org and capsboardcrew@gmail.com

While we appreciate your attention to detail, please be mindful of our busy schedules and your individual requests and emails.  We promise to get you all the information you need in a timely manner!

Thank you again for your support. We look forward to a successful time for all in Charleston!
