Becky Goldman is the Manager of Provider Recruitment Operations at Novant Health, where she has spent the last seven years. Before joining Novant, Becky built her foundation in agency recruitment, gaining experience across a wide range of industries and specialties. When she made the move to Novant, she wanted to hyper-focus her career on healthcare, and she's been all-in ever since — overseeing everything from onboarding and recruitment to locums management. Becky currently serves CAPS as Secretary and a member of the Program Committee, where she loves the opportunity to network, build relationships, and learn from fellow recruiters. For Becky, getting involved isn't just professional development — it's one of the best parts of the job. Outside of work, she can usually be found hiking, traveling, working out, or spending time with her mini bernedoodle, Benny.
