“Hello! My name is Matt Bailey, and I currently work at the Medical University of South Carolina. I have been in Physician Recruitment for just about a year and a half. I have been an active CAPS member for just over a year. In that short time I have had the pleasure to serve on the Vendor committee, Membership Committee and I was recently elected to be a CAPS board member for 2026. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with the CAPS organization and my favorite part is the yearly conference. It is such a great place to network and learn new things from other hard-working recruiters across the Carolinas. Very excited to be here and learn from so many amazing people!”
